About Us
Chandler Commons Property Owners Association is incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio as a non-profit corporation and governed by a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions filed with Cuyahoga County on March 27, 1990. The association is managed by a board of five homeowner trustees who are responsible for maintaining and administering the community properties and facilities, and monitoring and enforcing the Covenants and Restrictions. Chandler Commons Property Owners Association is a community development located in Strongsville, Ohio. The neighborhood offers a community swimming pool, pavilion with fireplace, (2) ponds, sand volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, baseball field and over (7) acres of common grounds or greenbelt.
Students in Chandler Commons Property Owners Association attend a local elementary school, the new Strongsville Middle School, and Strongsville High School, all part of the award-winning Strongsville City School District. More information is available at www.strongnet.org.
